Fee Structure

Once we have had a chance to learn about your intellectual property and your needs, we can then provide you with the cost for the engagement(s) in question. We pride ourselves on being flexible for our clients and our fee structure is a reflection of this.

• We typically charge our clients an hourly rate for professional fees, and the out-of-pocket travel expenses incurred during the engagement.  
• Some of our clients are simply billed a single, fixed amount for each audit. 
• International audit engagements are billed at a slightly higher rate than domestic audits. In many cases, we are able to reduce the cost to our clients by auditing for multiple properties during an engagement.
