History

During his tenure as Audit Manager with a prominent licensing organization, Doug Edwards realized the need for dependable and efficient royalty audit services.  In 1998, Mr. Edwards established Comprehensive Royalty Compliance. Since its inception, the mission of CRC has been to provide intellectual property owners with royalty audit services that extend beyond what the competition typically offers. CRC has developed a reputation for its responsiveness to the client, as well the flexibility to meet their specific needs. After twenty-two years, CRC’s clientele has steadily expanded to include a roster of internationally-known trademarks, fashion brands, licensed characters, colleges & universities, authors and artists. Many of these organizations use CRC exclusively for the royalty audit needs.
